Our telemanipulators are built from corrosive resistant materials that consist of Aluminum pulleys and tubes; Aluminum and stainless steel gears; Bronze and stainless steel ball bearings; Stainless steel cables; Stainless steel fasteners.
Aluminum parts available in stainless steel if required.
We rate our tong capacity at 5 lbs for everyday use. 6-9 lbs can be handled on an occasional basis.
We recommend that the load hook be used for objects 10lbs and over that need to be manipulated. The load hook allows manipulation of objects up to 20 lbs.
Pistol-grip style with ratchet lock. The operating handle is completely ambidextrous, even the ratchet lock can be activated with either hand. Our telemanipulators feature 1 to 1 handle to tong ratio.
Aluminum with 3 inch opening. Neoprene finger pads and disposable aluminum fingers. Fingers locked with spring pins and easily removed.
